Pet Urine Treatment”

We love our pets, however, from time to time they may have an accident. When an animal urinates on carpet it goes through the backing of the carpet and into the padding. When we clean the carpet, we are not cleaning the padding. We will pre-treat with an enzyme to help break down the urine so it may be extracted from the carpeting. The only way to totally remove the urine is to replace the padding.

We cannot guarantee the removal of pet spots or any other spots for that matter. Not knowing what was used on the spots prior to our arrival and the alkaline level in the urine can prevent the spot from being removed. When we are there cleaning, just ask, and we will be happy to quote a price for pad replacement for pet urine spots.
